Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"LIGA DúPLEX DE AçO INOXIDáVEL RESISTENTE à FORMAçãO DE CRATERAS SUPERFICIAIS COM USINABILIDADE APERFEIçOADA"<D>. é proporcionada uma liga dúplex de aço inoxidável altamente resistente a formação de crateras superficiais, a qual compreende em percentagens em peso: C: 0,10% e abaixo; Si: 1,5% e abaixo; Mn: 2,0% e abaixo; Cr: 25,0% a 27,0%; Ni: 5,0% a 7,5%; Cu: 1,5% a 3,5%; N: 0,15% e abaixo; Mo: 0,5% e abaixo; e a porção restante sendo substancialmente ferro e impurezas inevitáveis. Essa liga tem usinabilidade grandemente aperfeiçoada, quando tratada no molde, após a fundição, por um tratamento térmico acelerado, quando comparada com a mesma composição de liga, a qual é resfriada sob controle muito lentamente em um forno de tratamento térmico hermeticamente fechado.
