Abstract

"MéTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA CAPTURAR E ABRIR EMBALAGENS NO FORMATO DE SACOS ALONGADOS". A presente invenção se relaciona a um método e dispositivo para capturar e abrir embalagens no formato de sacos alongados para embalagem automática de artigos cilíndricos, preferivelmente tampas de latas. O método é caracterizado por capturar embalagens essencialmente achatadas de um depósito de embalagens por meio de um meio de captura, abrir a embalagem individual por aplicar nela, pelo menos na área da extremidade de abertura de boca dos sacos, de meios retentores de superfície a lados opostos da embalagem e depois disto mover os citados meios para longe um do outro em uma direção essencialmente perpendicular em relação ao plano da embalagem, introduzir meios esticadores dentro da boca da embalagem e então mover os citados meios a se separarem através do que a boca da embalagem é distendida. O dispositivo compreende depósito (1) para reter embalagens essencialmente achatadas, um meio de captura (2) capturando embalagens do citado depósito, meios abridores de embalagem, retentores de superfície (3, 6) arranjados para serem aplicados sobre lados opostos da embalagem individual na área a extremidade de abertura de boca da mesma e para abrir a boca da citada embalagem enquanto sendo dispostos para longe um do outro em um direção essencialmente perpendicular em relação ao plano da citada embalagem, e meios esticadores (7, 8) arranjados para serem inseridos através da abertura de boca da embalagem e depois disto para serem movidos a se separarem, de modo a forçar a boca aberta da embalagem.
