Abstract

"MANTA CELULóSICA, MéTODO E APARELHO PARA FABRICAR A MESMA USANDO CORREIA DE FABRICAçãO DE PAPEL TENDO ESTRUTURA COM SEçãO TRANSVERSAL ANGULAR E MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO DA CORREIA". Trata-se de uma correia de sacagem a ar para fabricação de papel (10) e um método de fabricação da mesma, assim como uma manta de papel produzida na correia e o processo de fabricação da manta. A correia (10) compreende uma armação resinosa (20) que tem uma superfície do lado da manta (21) que define um plano x-y, uma superfície de fundo (22) oposta à dita superfície do lado da manta, uma direção z perpendicular ao plano x-y e uma pluralidade de condutos de deflexão discretos (30) que se estendem entre a superfície do lado da manta e a superfície de fundo. Cada um dos condutos discretos (30) tem um eixo geométrico (33) e paredes (35). Os eixos geométricos (33) de pelo menos alguns dos condutos discretos (30) e a direção z formam ângulo agudo (Q) entre eles.
