Abstract
"PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA CALCULAR A MASSA DE UMA COMPOSIçãO EM UM VOLUME FLUIDO". Um processo e aparelho para calcular a massa de uma composição em um volume de fluido ou o rendimento de troca de dita composição com um fluido de troca, especialmente uréia no corpo de uma paciente de diálise. Os cálculos são baseados na massa total de uréia no corpo. A concentração c~ d~ de uréia no dialisado efluente é medida, e a massa total de uréia removida U é calculada integrando-se o produto da concentração de uréia c~ d~ e o fluxo dialisado Q~ d~, O rendimento instantâneo relativo da remoção (K/V) é determinado essencialmente calculando-se a inclinação do logaritmo da curva de concentração, e a massa instantânea é determinada a partir daí. Então, a massa de uréia de pré-tratamento no corpo pode ser determinada de maneira muito precisa. Alem disso, o rendimento instantâneo relativo é determinado em qualquer ponto utilizando a uréia removida U. A dose de diálise é calculada integrando-se os rendimentos instantâneos.
