Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"REGENERAçãO DE CATALISADORES DE REFORMA OU DE ISOMERIZAçãO OU DE DESIDROGENAçãO DAS PARAFINAS EM UMA ESPIRA HELICOIDAL VIBRANTE"<D>. A invenção refere-se à aplicação de um processo de regeneração de catalisadores ou de adsorventes, consistindo em fazer montar as partículas de catalisador em um elevador helicoidal vibrante (12), essas partículas sendo submetidas a um perfil de temperatura e postas em contato com um ou vários fluídos sobre uma parte de seu trajeto nessa espira, à regeneração de catalisadores de reforma,de isomerização das parafinas ou de desidrogenação das parafinas. A manutenção do elevador helicoidal a uma temperatura adequada pode ser obtida, fazendo-se circular um gás à temperatura exigida para o exterior e em contato com o elevador helicoidal. O regenerador compreende pelo menos uma zona de combustão (14) e pelo menos uma zona de oxicloração (15) ou mais geralmente de cloração, que podem ser confundidas. Uma zona de preaquecimento (13), uma zona de separação dos hidrocarbonetos, uma zona de calcinação (16), e uma zona de resfriamento do catalisador podendo igualmente estar compreendida no dispositivo
