Abstract

ANEL DE SEGMENTO. A invenção pretende fazer um anel de segmento conforme o termo genérico da reivindicação de patente 1, para evitar, com segurança, depósitos de alumínio, que também são chamados de microsoldagens, nas laterais do anel de segmento, sem haver necessidade de procedimentos caros. Esta invenção soluciona a tarefa mediante um anel de segmento, no qual ao menos a área lateral longe da pressão de combustão apresenta um rebaixamento ao longo de seu comprimento. De maneira correspondente, a área lateral, em corte transversal, apresenta uma forma cóncava, que permite guardar lubrificante e que evita o depósito de alumínio. Presume-se que neste rebaixamento em redor do êmbolo possa se desenvolver adicionalmente um reservatório de lubrificante, pelo qual o anel de segmento sofre um efeito de molejo ao receber um baque, e portanto, não está sujeito à toda fricção da ranhura no êmbolo.
