Abstract

MATERIAIS COMPóSITOS ELáSTICOS COM ELEVADO APERFEIçOAMENTO FEITO DE ELASTÈMEROS TRIBLOCADOS TERMOPLáSTICOS A presente invenção compreende um laminado vinculado rotacional alimentado continuamente possuindo propriedades elásticas aperfeiçoadas medidas a temperatura do corpo. O laminado compreende pelo menos uma primeira e uma segunda camadas não-elásticas entre as quais é inserido pelo menos uma camada elástica, a camada elástica sendo compreendida de um copolímero de tribloco poliestireno-poli (etileno/propileno)-poliestireno ("SEPS") possuindo um número de peso molecular médio de aproximadamente 81.000 g/mol. A percentagem peso do estireno é aproximadamente 18% e a percentagem peso do etileno/propileno é aproximadamente 82%. O peso molecular aumenta no bloco EP, enquanto mantém o peso molecular do bloco estireno constante, aumenta a densidade de embaraço, cadeia polimérica persiste ao comprimento e ao tempo de relaxação. O laminado resultante carrega a taxa de decaimento e carrega medições de perda acima de um período de 12 horas a temperatura do corpo ilustrando aperfeiçoamento sobre produto CFSBL conhecido. O laminado é particularmente utilizado como material de painel lateral em pulsões de treinamento devido a resistência para envergar a temperatura do corpo.
