Abstract

<B>"DISPOSITIVO DE PARTIDA PARA UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA"<D>. é descrito um dispositivo de partida para um motor de combustão interna, do tipo compreendendo uma máquina elétrica rotativa (12), cujo rotor (12r) é axialmente transladável com relação ao estator (12s) entre uma posição de repouso e uma posição de trabalho. O rotor (12r) é fixado a um eixo de transmissão (20) que suporta um pinhão (24) capaz de se engatar com um correspondente anel dentado (34) do motor de combustão interna quando o rotor (12r) está na posição de trabalho. O dispositivo de partida é adicionalmente provido de um dispositivo semicondutor (42) de condução controlada disposto em série com os enrolamentos do estator (40) e do rotor, e de um circuito eletrónico de controle (44) para o dispositivo semicondutor (42), para controlar a intensidade da corrente alimentada à máquina elétrica (12).
