Abstract

<B>DISPOSITIVO DE DESCARGA DE LìQUIDO<D>. Um dispositivo de descarga de líquido incluindo um corpo tendo, geralmente, uma passagem de ar e uma passagem de líquido. Um elemento de sede de válvula é conectado ao corpo e uma agulha é montada para movimento no corpo com relação ao elemento de sede de válvula. Primeiro e segundo guias de agulha conectados recebem porções respectivas da agulha em um modo inibindo seu movimento lateral. O primeiro guia de agulha permite fluxo de líquido através da passagem de líquido adjacente ao primeiro guia de agulha para o orifício de descarga quando a agulha é movida no sentido oposto à sede de válvula. O primeiro guia de agulha é conectado à sede de válvula por meio de um ajuste por pressão e é conectado a um segundo guia de agulha por meio de outro ajuste por pressão. Os guias de agulhas conectados são de modo semelhante encaixados por pressão em um furo no corpo. Estas conexões auxiliam, todas a manter tolerâncias estreitas e excelente alinhamento da agulha. Uma vedação de líquido é geralmente disposta entre os primeiro e segundo guias de agulha e evita que líquido entre na passagem de ar. A agulha pode ser movida por ar pressurizado atuando contra um pistão e a agulha pode ser normalmente fechada por um mecanismo de retorno de mola quando o ar pressurizado foi interrompido.
