〔1〕弁と弁座が接することで流体を閉鎖する吐出バルブであって、弁座における弁と接する箇所は、引張弾性率が2GPa以上である材料から成ることを特徴とする吐出バルブ。

Claims (4)
- 弁と弁座が接することで流体を閉鎖する吐出バルブを使用した液体の吐出方法であって、
前記弁座における前記弁と接する箇所は、引張弾性率が2GPa以上である材料から成り、予備吐出作業をすることなく液体を吐出し、
前記弁がニードル弁であることを特徴とする液体の吐出方法。 - 弁と弁座が接することで流体を閉鎖する吐出バルブを使用した液体の吐出方法であって、
前記弁座における前記弁と接する箇所は、圧縮弾性率が2GPa以上である材料から成り、予備吐出作業をすることなく液体を吐出し、
前記弁がニードル弁であることを特徴とする液体の吐出方法。 - 定量吐出バルブであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の液体の吐出方法。
- 前記弁座の前記弁と接する箇所を構成する材料は、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリイミド、ステンレスの群から選ばれる1種の材料であることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れかに記載の液体の吐出方法。
