Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA FORMAR LADRILHOS CERAMICOS MESMO DE GRANDES DIMENSõES MEDIANTE MOLDES PARCIALMENTE ISOSTáTICOS E DISPOSITIVOS PARA REALIZAR O PROCESSO". Processo para formar ladrilhos cerâmicos mesmo de grandes dimensões mediante moldes parcialmente isostáticos, que compreende as seguintes fases: carregar o pó a prensar na cavidade do molde; exercer uma pressão uniforme sobre toda a superfície do pó presente na cavidade do molde; aliviar a pressão e abrir parcialmente o molde para favorecer a desaeração do pó; exercer a pressão sobre uma primeira porção da superfície do pó contido na cavidade do molde; exercer a pressão sobre uma segunda porção da superfície do pó contido na cavidade do molde com simultânea anulação da pressão sobre a dita primeira porção da superfície do pó contido na cavidade do molde; alternar o exercício da pressão alternativamente sobre a dita primeira e sobre a dita segunda porções.
