Abstract

"VáLVULA SOLENóIDE ELéTRICA PARA ADESIVOS DERRETIDOS QUENTES E MéTODO PARA A SUA UTILIZAçãO". Uma válvula solenóide elétrica e método para a sua utilização incluindo uma armadura reciprocamente disposta em um furo axial de um membro de alojamento tendo uma entrada de fluido e uma saída de fluido acopladas no furo axial em uma primeira extremidade sua. A armadura inclui um membro de válvula disposto em uma primeira porção de extremidade sua, e uma segunda porção de extremidade magneticamente atraente definindo uma segunda extremidade sua diposta em direção a uma porção fixa de núcleo do solenóide. A armadura também inclui uma passagem interior de fluido com uma entrada de fluido disposta entre a entrada de fluido do membro de alojamento e a segunda extremidade da armadura para acoplar a passagem interior de fluido com a entrada de fluido do membro de alojamento. Uma saída de fluido é disposta próxima ao membro de válvula da armadura e é acoplável na saída de fluido do membro de alojamento quando o membro de válvula é removido de um assento de válvula disposto ao longo do furo axial próximo à saída de fluido do membro de alojamento, por meio disso a válvula solenóide elétrica tem estagnação reduzida de fluido, maior agilidade de atuação, e é integrável com sistemas de distribuição de fluido.
