Abstract

Patentede Invenção: <B>"MéTODO E APARELHO DE CONFIGURAçãO DE EQUIPAMENTO DE PINTURA"<D>. O controlador de equipamento de pintura controla um equipamento de pintura automotiva de modo que o atributos de pintura desejados possam ser obtidos. Um banco de dados é usado para armazenamento de modelos matemáticos os quais inter-relacionam fatores de pintura com respostas de pintura. Os fatores de pintura incluem as regulagens de controle de resposta de pintura. As respostas de pintura incluem atributos de pintura tais como a aparência da tinta e os atributos de aplicação da tinta. Um motor de banco de dados determina os valores para as respostas de pintura baseado no modelo e nos valores de fator de pintura inicialmente selecionados. Um cootimizador usa a saída do motor de banco de dados para determinar um segundo conjunto de valores para os fatores de pintura para obter os atributos de pintura desejados. Mediante isso, o equipamento de pintura é controlado baseado nos valores de fator de pintura como determinados pelo cootimizador.
