Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"SISTEMA DE IMPRESSãO DE REDE PARA RESPONDER à PEDIDOS REMOTOS RELACIONADOS à IMPRESSãO"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de impressão disposto em uma rede local ou de área ampla em que uma de uma pluralidade de pesquisas é transmitida de um cliente a um servidor para obter um conjunto de informações incluindo tanto um arquivo com informações estática quanto um subconjunto de informações dinâmicas sendo providos. O subconjunto de informações dinâmicas variando como uma função de uma ou mais características relacionadas de impressão de um sistema de processamento de documentos com o qual o servidor se comunica. O sistema de impressão inclui um subsistema de divisão, comunicando-se com o cliente para receber uma da pluralidade de pesquisas, o subsistema de divisão facilitando a obtenção do conjunto de informações pela cópia de uma porção do arquivo, em resposta à leitura de uma primeira instrução, e comunicando a porção copiada no servidor para armazenamento neste. O sistema de impressão incluindo ainda um subsistema de resolução de pesquisa, comunicando-se com o subsistema de divisão, para obter o subconjunto de informações dinâmicas a partir do sistema de processamento de documento em resposta ao sistema de divisão que lê a segunda instrução. Na prática, a porção copiada do arquivo e o subconjunto de informação dinâmica são combinadas para emissão dos mesmos ao cliente.
