Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>''ALINHAMENTO AUTOMáTICO DE RANHURA DE CILINDRO''<D>. Em um trem de laminação, dados representativos da distância axial do centro de cada ranhura de um cilindro de trabalho de um primeiro local de referência no cilindro de trabalho são determinados e armazenados na memória de um sistema de processamento de dados. Os cilindros de trabalho são então montados na cadeira de laminação, e as ranhuras de um passe de laminação de ''regulagem'' selecionado são colocadodas em alinhamento umas com as outras. A cadeira de laminação é então colocada na linha de laminação, o passe de regulagem é alinhado com a linha de passe de laminação no caso de cadeiras verticais, ou com a linha de centro de laminação no caso de cadeiras de laminação horizontais, e os dados representativos das posições relativas dos cilindros de trabalho para a cadeira de laminação e da cadeira de laminação a um outro local de referência são obtidos e armazenados na memória do sistema de processamento de dados. Usando-se estes dados, o sistema então calcula e automaticamente efetua ajustes na cadeira de laminação e nos cilindros de trabalho, de modo a alinhar precisamente outros passes de laminação com a linha de passe ou com a linha de centro de laminação.
