Abstract

REAGENTE DE COLORAÇÃO PARA A DETERMINAÇÃO DE CÉLULAS SANGUÍNEAS". A presente invenção de refere a um reagente de coloração para a determinação de células sanguíneas, em particular dos reticulócitos, que compreende um corante próprio para marcar as células após incubação assim como um aditivo próprio para favorecer a penetração do corante nas células, sendo este aditivo escolhido entre um composto ionóforo, um detergente e sua mistura.
