Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"MéTODO PARA FABRICAçãO DE LUVAS PARA PINOS EJETORES"<D>. Um método é descrito para fabricar luvas ejetoras de uma matéria-prima tubular. Em particular, o método inclui as seguintes etapas ou operações: a) cortar a matéria-prima de tubo no comprimento, b) alargar uma porção do diâmetro interno da luva para fornecer um diâmetro de folga, c) dimensionar em bruto um diâmetro interno de ajuste preciso, d) opcionalmente dar uma semi-acabamento ao diâmetro externo da luva, e) endurecer e endireitar a luva, f) dar um dimensionamento final ao diâmetro externo enquanto mantendo a concentricidade com os diâmetros internos, g) acabar a face de extremidade da luva adjacente ao diâmetro de ajuste preciso, h) dar um dimensionamento final ao diâmetro interno de ajuste preciso enquanto mantendo a concentricidade com o diâmetro externo, i) formar uma cabeça sobre a luva aquecendo e forjando para um tamanho predeterminado como ilustrado por (1) e (2), j) opcionalmente recozer e reacabar a cabeça para propósitos de dureza ou de modificação dimensional, ou para melhorar o acabamento de superfície.
