Abstract
<B><MU>PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UMA TEXTURA DE MATERIAL FIBROSO NãO-TECIDA, INSTALAçãO DE PROCESSO COM ESPUMA PARA PRODUZIR ESSA TEXTURA E PROCESSO A DE UTILIZAçãO DE UMA BOMBA CENTRìFUGA DE DESGASEIFICAçãO <D><MV>Uma textura de material fibroso não-tecida é produzida utilizando-se um elemento foraminoso móvel na prática do processo com espuma. Uma primeira pasta fluida com espuma de ar, água, fibras e um agente tensoativo, é gerada e bombeada centrifugamente para contacto com o elemento foraminoso em movimento. Espuma substancialmente isenta de fibras é removida do elemento foraminoso enquanto se forma uma textura de material fibroso não-tecida no elemento foraminoso, e pelo menos uma parte da espuma substancialmente isenta de fibras é usada na geração da primeira pasta fluida de espuma. Reciclagem é também tipicamente realizanda utilizando-se uma bomba centrífuga, e as bombas centrífugas são preferencialmente bombas de desgaseificação as quais removem algum do gás da espuma. Pela prática da invenção, é possível produzir texturas fibrosas utilizando-se o processo com espuma, que têm mais de dois metros de largura, e a uma velocidade de formação de mais que cerca de 100 m/min (por exemplo, 200-500 m/minuto).
