Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"APARELHO E MéTODO PARA A FORMAçãO CONTìNUA DE COMPOSTOS TENDO AGENTES DE ENCHIMENTO E MATERIAIS TERMOATIVOS, E PRODUTOS FEITOS PELO MéTODO"<D> Descreve-se um aparelho e método para a formação contínua de compostos compreendendo materiais de enchimento e materiais termoativos, particularmente materiais celulósicos de refugo e materiais termoplásticos de refugo. Uma modalidade do aparelho inclui ou um misturador de batelada ou contínuo, tal como um ciclone (10), para a formação de misturas compreendendo materiais de enchimento e termoativo. As misturas são transportadas para um aparelho de consolidação contínua. De maneira alternativa, as misturas podem ser adensadas em um aparelho de adensamento antes de entrarem no aparelho de consolidação. O aparelho de consolidação inclui um sistema de distribuição de gás quente tendo diversas células de gás emparelhadas,. tais como os cilindros (50) ou câmaras, para a aplicação de ar quente à carga. Uma primeira célula de cada par aplica gás à mistura. A segunda céluila de cada par opera e uma pressão menor do que a primeira célula, criando, desta maneira, um diferencial de pressão através da carga. Certas modalidades do aparelho incluem pelo menos um conjunto de bafles (80) posicionados adjacentes a uma célula, pelo menos um capuz (82) posicionado em torno de uma segunda célula.
