Claims (8)
- 용융 챔버;상기 용융 챔버 내에서 서로 이격 배치되는 상부 컨베이어와 하부 컨베이어;상기 상부 컨베이어 및 하부 컨베이어의 이동 방향을 따라 복수 개로 배치되어 상기 상부 컨베이어와 하부 컨베이어 사이에 투입되어 이동하는 복합 섬유층을 가압하는 가압 롤러;상기 용융 챔버 내로 열풍을 가하여 상기 상부 컨베이어와 하부 컨베이어를 가열함으로써 상기 복합 섬유층을 용융시키는 열풍 발생기; 및상기 용융된 복합 섬유층을 냉각시켜 복합매트를 형성하는 냉각기를 포함하며,상기 열풍 발생기는, 열전달 유체를 가열하는 보일러와, 상기 보일러로부터 가열된 열전달 유체를 전달받아 열을 수집하는 복수 개의 열 집적부와, 상기 열 집적부로부터 상기 용융 챔버로 열풍을 불어주는 송풍부, 및 상기 용융 챔버 내 열풍의 일부를 흡입하여 상기 열 집적부로 피드백시키는 재생부를 포함하고,상기 열풍 발생기는, 상기 섬유층을 용융시키는 용융존 및 상기 용융존 보다 낮은 100 ℃ 내지 180 ℃ 온도의 열풍을 발생시키는 예비 냉각존을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합매트 제조장치.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 송풍부는 송풍팬 및 상기 송풍팬에 의해 이동하는 열풍을 가이드하는 송풍 덕트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합매트 제조장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 열 집적부 및 송풍부는 상기 상부 컨베이어 및 하부 컨베이어 측에 각각 위치하며,상기 보일러에서 가열된 열전달 유체는, 제1 라인으로 유출되며, 상기 제1 라인에서 갈라진 제1 분기 라인을 통하여 각각 상기 열 집적부로 보내지며,상기 열 집적부에 열을 전달한 열전달 유체는 제2 분기 라인으로 유출된 후 제2 라인에서 만나 상기 보일러로 다시 유입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합매트 제조장치.
