Abstract

<B>"FERRAMENTA PARA REMOçãO DE CAVACOS"<D>. A presente invenção se refere a uma ferramenta para usinagem rotativa de remoção de cavacos. A ferramenta compreende um cabeçote de corte (10), um dispositivo de retenção (11) e uma haste (12). O cabeçote de corte (10) é dotado de pelo menos uma borda de corte (27, 30), que é integral com o cabeçote de corte. O cabeçote de corte e dispositivo de retenção compreendem dispositivos assimétricos de sobreposição (15, 19), para separação do material de montagem do cabeçote de corte à haste. O dispositivo assimétrico (15) do material de maior densidade, compreende um recesso central de diminuição de massa (34). Dessa maneira, o centro de gravidade é deslocado na área do dispositivo tipo gancho, o mais próximo ao eixo (CL) de rotação da ferramenta, com o que a ferramenta se torna dinamicamente centrada. A invenção também se refere a um cabeçote de corte para a ferramenta.
