Abstract

Patente de Invenção: PROCESSAMENTO DE HIDROCARBONETOS GASOSOS. é descrito um processo para a recuperação de propano, propileno e componentes de hidrocarbonetos mais pesados a partir de uma corrente de hidrocarbonetos gasosos. A corrente é resfriada e/ou expandida para condensa-la parcialmente, a seguir separada para prover uma ou mais correntes líquidas contendo C~ 3~e uma primeira corrente de vapor. Tais correntes são a seguir direcionadas para uma coluna de destilação em que uma segunda corrente de vapor é separada para a recuperação de um produto contendo a maior parte dos componentes C~ 3~ e componentes de hidrocarbonetos mais pesados. Uma corrente de destilação é retirada da coluna abaixo do ponto de alimentação da primeira corrente de vapor e é a seguir direcionada a uma relação de troca de calor com a segunda corrente de vapor para refrigerar a corrente de destilação e condensar pelo menos uma parte dela, formando uma corrente condensada. Pelo menos uma porção da corrente condensada é direcionada para a coluna de destilação na forma de sua alimentação de topo ou cabeça. As quantidades e temperaturas das alimentações para a coluna de destilação são eficazes para manter a temperatura de topo da coluna de destilação em uma temperatura em que a maior parte dos componentes desejados é recuperada.
