PROCESSO DE PURIFICAçãO DE UMA TOXINA DE POLISSACARìDEO DAS BACTéRIAS GBS, TOXINA DAS BACTéRIAS GBS, COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA, E, PROCESSOS DE TRATAMENTO DE UM PACIENTE TENDO UMA CONDIçãO MéDICA E COM UM TUMOR" Um processo para purificar um polissacarídeo da bactérias Streptococcus <225>-hemolítica grupo B (GBS) inclui contactar um caldo de fermentação bacteriana com uma resina de cromatografia de interação hidrofóbica (HIC). Etapas adicionais podem incluir uma extração de fenol/salina e uma cromatografia de troca de íons. O processo resulta em um produto tendo pureza muito elevada.
