Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA FORMAçãO DE POLPA COM AQUECIMENTO CONTROLADO PARA MELHORAR A DESLIGNIFICAçãO E A RESISTêNCIA DA POLPA<D>". Passagem por vapor e formação de lama a baixa temperatura de cavacos de madeira resulta em melhoria significativa no tratamento, os cavacos sendo mantidos a uma temperatura abaixo de 110‹C (mais desejavelmente a cerca de 105‹C ou menos e mais desejavelmente a cerca de 100‹C menos) até realmente aquecido até uma temperatura de cozimento. A passagem por vapor pode ser realizada utilizando-se uma tremonha vertical para cavacos com uma convergência dimensional e saída lateral, ou um vaso horizontal para passagem por vapor, o dispositivo para passagem por vapor conectado a um alimentador de alta pressão. Uma bomba que tem o NPSHR menor que NPSHA pode ser utilizada para trazer lama para o interior do alimentador de alta pressão a partir do dispositivo de passagem por vapor, ou uma bomba pode ser colocada entre o dispositivo para passagem por vapor e o alimentador de alta pressão, para forçar lama para o interior do alimentador de alta pressão através de um conduto que inclui um joelho encurvado.
