Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"DISPOSITIVO DE COMUNICAçãO A LASER"<D>. Um transceptor de comunicação a laser portátil para a transmissão e recepção de informações impostas em feixes de laser. Um sinal de comunicação é imposto em um feixe de laser tendo uma divergência dentre 1 grau e 4 graus. O feixe (27) é direcionado por um operador, que vê através de um dispositivo de visão telescópico (26) em um transceptor distante que coleta luz no feixe de laser e extrai o sinal de comunicação. Em modalidades preferidas, os transceptores são manipuláveis e cada um compreende um microfone (22) e fone de ouvido (20) permitindo aos operadores conversarem entre si. As informações digitais podem também ser transmitidas de computadores pessoais e de outros equipamentos de informação eletrónicos no local de cada operador. Em uma modalidade preferida útil para aplicações militares e de observação, um GPS, um compasso, e um sistema de determinação de alcance a laser são providos. Isto possibilita ao operador ver por meio de um binóculo um alvo e determinar sua posição em longitude, latitude e elevação. As informações de posição de alvo podem em seguida serem transmitidas a um transceptor distante que neste caso poderia ser um transceptor de base.
