Abstract

"SISTEMA DE TRANSMISSãO DE DADOS E PROCESSO PARA TRANSMISSãO DE FAC-SìMILES". A presente invenção proporciona um processo e sistema para transmitir fac-símiles de longa distância, o qual provê um assinante com uma transmissão de fac-símiles de custos reduzidos, compreendendo uma pluralidade de pontos de presença; uma rede particular virtual; um dispositivo de roteamento e de autorização; e um dispositivo processador de faturamento e financeiro; em que uma pluralidade de máquinas de enviar fac-símiles e uma pluralidade de máquinas de receber fac-símiles são conectáveis a qualquer da pluralidade de pontos de presença e em que o usuário transmite um fac-símile com um dispositivo sinalizador via a máquina de enviar fac-símile ao ponto de presença; o ponto de presença interpreta os dados no dispositivo sinalizador e passa os dados para o dispositivo processador de roteamento, e a base de dados de roteamento e de autorização autorizam e roteam o fac-símile e passam os dados de faturamento para o dispositivo processador de faturamento e financeiro, e em que mediante recebimento do roteamento e autorização, o ponto de presença rotea o fac-símile via a rede particular virtual para a máquina de fac-símile de destino.
