"PROCESSOS PARA LIMPAR UM APARELHO, MAIS PARTICULARMENTE UM FILTRO, USADO DURANTE A PRODUçãO DE PRODUTOS ALIMENTìCIOS E PARA PRODUZIR UM OU MAIS PRODUTOS ALIMENTìCIOS, MAIS PARTICULARMENTE CERVEJA E USO DE UM SISTEMA DE LIMPEZA". A invenção refere-se a um processo para limpar aparelho empregado durante a produção de gêneros alimentícios, em particular sua filtragem, em que este aparelho é contatado, após uso, com um sistema de limpeza baseado na combinação de um composto de nitroxila cíclico e uma hipo-halita.
