Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO PARA DETECTAR O PERFIL DE VELOCIDADE DO CONCRETO DENTRO DE UMA CANALIZAçãO COM SIMETRIA RADIAL". Um dispositivo, para detectar perfil de velocidade de concreto fluindo através de uma canalização com simetria radial, compreende dispositivo de sonda acústica, apto para remeter, através de dita canalização e do concreto, um raio inclinado com respeito ao eixo geométrico da canalização e para receber um raio supersónico perturbado em resposta, bem como um circuito eletrónico apto a analisar os sinais remetidos por ditos dispositivos sonda e obter por eles um diagrama mostrando o perfil de velocidade do concreto. De acordo com a invenção, ditos dispositivos sonda fazem uso de um raio supersónico de freq³ência entre 20 e 500 KHz, e dito circuito eletrónico processa os sinais remetidos pelos dispositivos sonda, indicando a velocidade, com freq³ência de atualização de 10 a 70 vezes por segundo e priva ditos sinais de seus componentes derivados da taxa de propagação no concreto, para obter uma medição da velocidade ao longo do eixo geométrico acústico, que não é relativa e tem seu próprio sinal."DEVICE TO DETECT THE CONCRETE SPEED PROFILE WITHIN A RADIAL SYMMETRY CHANNEL". According to the invention, said probe devices make use of a supersonic ray of frequency between 20 and 500 KHz, and this electronic circuit processes the signals sent by the probe devices, indicating the speed, with an update frequency of 10 to 70 times per second. and deprives said signals of its components derived from the rate of propagation in the concrete, to obtain a measurement of the speed along the acoustic geometric axis, which is not relative and has its own signal.
