Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO E PROCESSO PARA TRATAR MATéRIAS-PRIMAS, PRODUTOS, áGUA E/OU MEIOS DE PRODUçãO E PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR A COMPOSIçãO". A invenção refere-se a uma composição para o tratamento de matérias-primas, produtos, água e/ou meios de produção com o objetivo de evitar a formação de agentes patogênicos, cuja a composição é preparada a partir de pelo menos um peróxido de hidrogênio, glicerol e glicol-ácido, um processo de preparação da composição compreendendo misturação de uma solução de glicerol e uma solução de glicol-ácido e adição, gota a gota, da mistura obtida, em um solução de peróxido de hidrogênio sob condições tais que solução de peróxido de hidrogênio retenha uma temperatura de 7°C preferivelmente menor do que 4°C. A invenção refere-se adicionalmente a um processo de tratamento de objetos.
