"PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE FOLHAS OU PLACAS TERMOCONFORMáVEIS, FOLHAS OU PLACAS E UTILIZAçãO DAS MESMAS". Processo de fabricação de folhas e/ou placas termoconformáveis desde a temperatura de 80°C-90°C e termocolantes desde a temperatura de 80°C-90°C, utilizáveis como material de reforço termocolante, caracterizado pelo fato de que: mistura-se de 30 a 70% em peso de grânulos de polímero(s) de baixo peso de fusão (50°C a 90°C) termoconformável(is) desde a temperatura de 80°C-90°C com 70 a 30% em peso de polímero(s) de ponto de fusão ou de amolecimento mais alto em granulados ou em pó de granolumetria superior a cerca de 500 Ám, preferencialmente de 500 a 1000 Ám, os dois tipos de polímeros sendo termoplásticos e totalmente ou parcialmente compatíveis, com eventualmente aditivos usuais, extruda-se a mistura em fracas condições de cisalhamento com baixas temperaturas de 100 a 140°C dano à mistura uma consistência pastosa insuficiente para formar uma mistura homogênea de polímero fundidos, após esta extrusão e adição eventual de um suporte têxtil (9, 12) no produto extrudado, lamina-se ou calandra-se o produto sob forte pressão em uma temperatura da ordem de 100°C para reduzir a espessura e resfria-se uma temperatura inferior a 30°C antes do fim da laminação ou da calandragem.
