Abstract
"VáLVULA DE FLUXO". Uma válvula de fluxo operada por dispositivos de transferência de fluxo os quais regulam um pequeno fluxo de controle de tal forma a produzir um diferencial de pressão entre as laterais da parede de selagem de um pistão capaz de se deslocar axialmente entre uma posição aberta afastada da sede da válvula, e uma posição fechada em contato com a sede da válvula. A válvula da presente invenção consiste basicamente de um corpo rígido da válvula dotado de uma abertura de entrada de fluxo assim como de uma saída de fluxo as quais são orientadas de maneira substancialmente cruzada em relação à dita abertura de entrada. O corpo da válvula possui uma cavidade principal entre a entrada e a saída do fluxo com a sede da válvula no limite da cavidade principal e da entrada de fluxo assim como de uma saída de fluxo as quais são orientadas de maneira substancialmente cruzada em relação à dita abertura de entrada. O corpo da válvula possui uma cavidade principal entre a entrada e a saída do fluxo com a sede da válvula no limite da cavidade principal e da entrada de fluxo. Além disso, o corpo da válvula possui um ou mais dutos destinados à entrada do fluxo de controle, assim como também um ou mais dutos destinados à saída do mesmo os quais estão associados com os dispositivos de transferência do fluxo de controle da válvula. Tais dutos de entrada do fluxo de controle poderão ser supridos a partir de uma rede a qual é independente do fluxo principal, e fluxos de natureza diferente do dito fluxo principal poderão ser utilizados. De forma similar, os dutos de saída do fluxo de controle poderão descarregar o mesmo em uma rede independente da rede principal. A válvula possui um corpo elastomérico a cargo da regulagem do fluxo mediante a sua abertura e fechamento, dependendo da diferença das pressões produzidas entre as suas paredes, as quais são modificadas pelos dispositivos de transferência de fluxo que controlam o fluxo. O corpo elastomérico encontra-se localizado no interior da cavidade principal da válvula, sendo o dito corpo elastomérico oco e aberto em uma de suas extremidades axiais. tal corpo elastomérico é composto de pelo menos duas zonas axiais: uma zona de selagem radial. Tais zonas do corpo elastomérico executam funções específicas no decorrer da operação da Válvula desta forma evitando a participação de componentes em separado, o que se traduziria em um complexo projeto da válvula como também no aumento dos custos de fabricação.
