Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"GENES DA RAFINOSE SINTASE E SEU USO"<D>. Genes rafinose sintase codificando para proteínas capazes de produzirem rafinose por combinação de um grupo D-galactosila através e uma ligação <244>(1<sym>6) com um grupo hidroxila ligado ao átomo de carbono na posição 6 de um resíduo D-glucose em uma molécula de sucrose foram isolados de várias plantas. Estes genes rafinose sintase são úteis para alteração do teor de oligossacarídios de família rafinose em plantas.
