Abstract

"APARATO GERADOR DE AR CONDICIONADO AUTOMOTIVO COM CIRCUITO ELETRôNICO DE REFRIGERAçãO". Trata esta patente de um sistema de condicionamento de ar para veículos automotores, prescindindo do emprego dos usuais compressores que operam com circuitos de recirculação de gás, evitando os problemas ambientais provocados pelo escape de clorofluorcarbono e seus derivados e permitindo a obtenção de aparelhos mais compactos simples, de baixo custo e de fácil montagem e manutenção. Basicamente, o novo aparato de geração de ar condicionado automotivo é formado por uma ou mais pastilhas termoelétricas (1), cada uma tendo sua face "fria" provida com um dissipador (2) disposto no interior do tubo (3) de passagem de ar interligado às entradas de ar do habitáculo, enquanto a face externa exibe um segundo dissipador (4) refrigerado por fluxo de ar ou através recirculação de água, sendo dita pastilha eletricamente conectada a uma placa circuital (5) (PWM) que compreende um gerador de pulsos (6), um controlador de ciclos (7) e três módulos de potência (8), (9) e (10), que comandam as correntes que alimentam respectivamente as pastilhas (1), uma bomba de água(11) e a ventoinha (12) do radiador (13), no caso de se utilizar um circuito independente de arrefecimento à água, sendo a placa (5) alimentada por meio de corrente contínua, derivada da bateria (14) do veículo, dito circuito exibindo ainda um microprocessador (15) que recebe os sinais de dois sensores (16) e (17) que detectam as temperaturas externa e interna ao habitáculo, o conjunto sendo complementado por um teclado (18), para escolha da temperatura desejada, e por um display (19) digital, estando ambos conectados ao microprocessador (15) e posicionados no painel do veículo."AUTOMOTIVE AIR CONDITIONER GENERATING APPLIANCE WITH ELECTRONIC COOLING SYSTEM". This patent deals with an air conditioning system for motor vehicles, dispensing with the use of the usual compressors that operate with gas recirculation circuits, avoiding the environmental problems caused by the escape of chlorofluorocarbon and its derivatives and allowing the obtaining of more compact simple devices , low cost and easy to assemble and maintain. Basically, the new automotive air conditioning generation apparatus is formed by one or more thermoelectric pads (1), each having its "cold" face provided with a heatsink (2) disposed inside the air passage tube (3) connected to the air intakes of the passenger compartment, while the external face shows a second heatsink (4) cooled by air flow or through water recirculation, said tablet being electrically connected to a circuital plate (5) (PWM) that comprises a generator pulses (6), a cycle controller (7) and three power modules (8), (9) and (10), which control the currents that feed the pads (1), a water pump (11) and the fan (12) of the radiator (13), in case an independent water cooling circuit is used, the plate (5) being supplied by means of direct current, derived from the vehicle battery (14), said circuit also showing a microprocessor (15) that receives signals from two sensors s (16) and (17) that detect the external and internal temperature of the cabin, the set being complemented by a keyboard (18), for choosing the desired temperature, and by a digital display (19), both of which are connected to the microprocessor ( 15) and positioned on the vehicle panel.
