Abstract

"PRODUTO ALIMENTìCIO, E, USO DE UM ANTIOXIDANTE OU VITAMINA ANTIOXIDANTE". A invenção é referente a um produto alimentício que é parte dos hábitos alimentares comuns de consumo e que compreendem antioxidantes e/ou vitaminas antioxidantes, em quantidade suficiente para aumentar significativamente no plasma do sangue humano, e pelo qual o consumidor não precisa alterar os hábitos alimentícios diários, enquanto o risco para arteriosclerose pode ser reduzido pela ingestão do produto alimentício. Desse modo, é provida uma contribuição para uma dieta saudável, embora não haja mais suplementares tais como de tabletes ou dietas especialmente escolhidas. Exemplos de produtos alimentícios adequados compreedem os componentes de acordo com a invenção são baseados em gorduras, produtos alimentícios que fazem parte da dieta diária, tais como margarina ou algumas pastas; revestimentos tais como maioneses, ketchup de tomate e coberturas de salada; produtos de queijo, tais como queijo simples, pasta de queijo e molho de queijo; molhos em geral; cremes; sorvetes e semelhantes.
