Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"REPETIDOR DE SATéLITE DE CAPACIDADE DE CARGA MúLTIPLA COM ANTENAS DE ENTRADA DE ESPECTRO ESTENDIDO MúLTIPLO"<D>. Um sistema (10) e método para alocação de tráfico de comunicação através de satélites (12) em órbita baixa da Terra. Cada satélite é orientado, em qualquer momento quando em vista de uma estação terrestre (18), em um ângulo de elevação particular. O método inclui: (a) fornecer a cada satélite um receptor para receber links de comunicação a partir da estação terrestre e um transmissor para transmitir comunicação para terminais usuários (13); (b) em resposta a uma aquisição para serviço, determinar se o satélite de ângulo de elevação mais alto pode designar um novo link de comunicação; (c) se for possível, designar um novo link de comunicação para o satélite de ângulo de elevação mais alto; (d) se não, determinar se um segundo satélite de ângulo de elevação mais alto pode ser designado para um novo link de comunicação; (e) se for possível, designar um novo link de comunicação para o segundo satélite de ângulo de elevação mais alto. A qualidade de designar depende do número de links de comunicação e/ou nível de força de feixe do satélite. Preferivelmente, os terminais de usuários empregam recepção diversificado.
