Abstract

"COMPOSTOS, PROCESSO PARA SUA PREPARAçãO, MEDICAMENTO E USO DOS COMPOSTOS". A presente invenção refere-se a novos compostos de ésteres de álcoois de açúcares com ácido sulfúrico e compostos similares a álcoois de açúcares de fórmulas gerais Ia e Ib onde n^ 1^-n^ 9^ são, cada um independentemente, O ou 1; e m^ 1^-m^ 9^ são, cada um independentemente, O ou 1, mas contanto que pelo menos um dentre m^ 1^, m^ 2^ e m^ 3^, pelo menos um dentre m^ 4^, m^ 5^ e m^ 6^ e, quando presente, pelo menos um dentre m^ 7^, m^ 8^ e m^ 9^ seja 1; e onde X^ 1^-X^ 18^, cada um independentemente, significam -O-, -CONR^ 1^, -NR^ 1^CO- ou -NR^ 1^-; R^ 1^ significa hidrogênio ou alquila inferior; W significa um grupo benzeno ou um grupo s-triazina; Y^ 1^-Y^ 9^, cada um independentemente, significam sistemas de anéis aromáticos; A^ 1^-A^ 3^~ cada um independentemente, significam um resíduo de um álcool de açúcar desprovido do grupo 1 -hidróxi ou um derivado desse álcool, um resíduo de um ácido de açúcar desprovido do grupo 1-carbóxi ou um derivado desse ácido ou o grupo tris-(hidroximetii)-metila; D significa o diresíduo de um álcool de açúcar desprovido de dois grupos hidróxi ou um derivado desse álcool, ou o diresíduo de um ácido dicarboxílico de açúcar desprovido de dois grupos carbóxi ou um derivado desse ácido, Q^ 1^-Q^ 3^ e Z^ 1^-Z^ 3^, cada um independentemente, representam o diresíduo de um álcool de açúcar desprovido de dois grupos hidróxi ou um derivado desse álcool, ou o diresíduo de um ácido dicarboxílico de açúcar desprovido de dois grupos carbóxi ou um derivado desse ácido, ou um resíduo didesoxiglicopiranosídeo ou um derivado deste, com pelo menos um grupo hidróxi de resíduos A^ 1^-A^ 3^, D, Q^ 1^-Q^ 3^ e Z^ 1^-Z^ 3^ sendo esterificado com ácido sulfúrico, e sais farmaceuticamente utilizáveis dos compostos. Os compostos de acordo com a invenção, tal como, por exemplo, são adequados para o tratamento de distúrbios que se caracterizam por proliferação destrutiva ou excessiva de células musculares lisas.
