Abstract

Patente de Invenção de "CICLONE", especialmente para a eliminação prévia de pó contido em gases, consistindo de uma carcaça de alojamento (1), de plástico, à qual fixado um recipiente acumulador de pó por meio de um fecho tipo baioneta. A carcaça de plástico apresenta palhetas defletoras (2) para a produção de um turbilhão. Na região da abertura de saída do ar também estão previstas palhetas defletoras (9). Estas convertem o turbilhão do fluxo de ar para uma corrente linear e reduzem, com isto, a resistência ao fluxo. O ciclone apresenta as seguintes vantagens: possui um tipo de construção plana, a união entre as diversas peças é feita com elementos simples como, por exemplo, fecho tipo baioneta (11) ou fecho de encaixe rápido, o espaço coletor de pó (6) é ampliado consideravelmente pela geometria da carcaça (1), com o que se prolongam os intervalos de manutenção.
