Abstract

本发明公开了一种空气净化装置，包括旋转预滤器、旋流管式粗滤器、纸质滤芯细滤器，特征是旋转预滤器通过连接与旋流管式粗滤器连接，旋流管式粗滤器底下有集尘盖，顶上连接纸质滤芯细滤器。纸质滤芯细滤器有排放管和排放口，优点是空气过滤率高达99.9％，结构简单，制造容易，安装使用方便，使用寿命长，机器运行良好。

本发明涉及到空滤器，特别是一种空气净化装置。
背景技术
现在的空滤器都是单一过滤，也有铁质端盖加密封圈用胶水粘接的结构。其结构复杂，过滤空气中的尘埃不够干净，影响到发动机的正常使用和寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用旋转预滤器，旋流管式粗滤器、纸质滤芯细滤器拼合组装成一个过滤干净，结构合理，制造容易，使用方便，利于机器正常运转，使用寿命长的空气净化装置。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样的，一种空气净化装置，其特征在于旋转预滤器通过连接管与旋流管式粗滤器连接，旋流管式粗滤器与纸质滤芯细滤器连接，纸质滤芯细滤器有排放管。
旋流管式粗滤器底下有集尘盖，顶面连接纸质滤芯细滤器，纸质滤芯细滤器有排放管，排放管有排放口。
旋流管式粗滤器是防错漏PC设计。
本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果是，三级过滤空气用全新的防错漏PC设计，过滤空气干净率可达99.9％，结构简单，制造容易，安装使用方便，机器使用运行状况良好，使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
本发明的最佳实施例是这样的，参照附图，具体是：旋转预滤器(1)通过连接管(4)与旋流管式粗滤器(2)连接，旋流管式粗滤器(2)上方与纸质滤芯细滤器(3)连接，下方装有集尘盖(7)，纸质滤芯细滤器(3)安装有排放管(5)，排放管(5)有排放口(6)。使用时，带有灰尘和杂质的空气经过网络进入旋转预滤器(1)，空气经过固定叶片改变流向，形成旋涡流，产生分离力，分离灰尘，并带动旋转预滤器(1)旋转自动排尘，被部份清洁过的空气经过进入旋流管式粗滤器(2)，离心器的作用，使有重量的尘埃颗粒落下并被收集在集尘盖(7)，其中部份清洁过的空气向上导入到纸质滤芯中进行下一级过滤。纸质滤芯细滤器(3)包括有防错漏PC设计，纸质滤芯细滤器(3)下面连接着旋流管式粗滤器(2)。最后经过纸质滤芯过滤的空气可达99.9％的过滤率。

Claims (3)

1.一种空气净化装置，其特征在于旋转预滤器(1)通过连接管(4)与旋流管式粗滤器(2)连接，旋流管式粗滤器(2)与纸质滤芯细滤器(3)连接，纸质滤芯细滤器(3)有排放管(5)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种空气净化装置，其特征在于旋流管式粗滤器(2)底下有集尘盖(7)，顶面连接纸质滤芯细滤器(3)，纸质滤芯细滤器(3)有排放管(5)，排放管(5)有排放口(6)。
3.按照权利要求1所述的一种空气净化装置，其特征在于旋流管式粗滤器(2)是防错漏PC设计。
