Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "SISTEMA E MéTODO PARA APLICAçãO E CONTROLE DO SISTEMA DE TELA ELETRôNICA". Um sistema e um método são revelados para autorizar, controlar e monitorar a inserção de indicações de publicidade e outras imagens de video numa transmissão de video por meio de um sistema de Tela Eletrônica operado em local remoto daquele de onde se origina um programa de video. O meio de controle revelado atua na forma de uma chave do usuário que é fornecida previamente a um operador do sistema remoto de Tela Eletrônica, uma chave de difusão fornecida àquele operador no momento da transmissão de video, ou pouco antes, e um meio de verificação operado em conjunção com o sistema remoto da Tela Eletrônica, para certificar-se de que as chaves correspondem a critérios predeterminados. Mediante essa verificação, o sistema remoto da Tela Eletrônica fica apto a operar na transmissão de video. O meio de controle pode também ser aplicado para manter a integridade dos produtos que estejam sendo anunciados e do evento que está sendo transmitido, juntos ou separados.
