Abstract

Patente de Invenção de "ETIQUETA POLIMéRICA, MéTODOS DE FABRICAçãO DE ETIQUETAS ESTAMPADAS DE PELìCULAS ORIENTADAS E DE FABRICAçãO DE ETIQUETAS IMPRESSAS ESTAMPADAS DECORADAS". As propriedades físicas de filmes extrudados uniaxialmente orientados, úteis na fabricação de etiquetas e formados à partir de misturas de materiais à base de olefina e aditivos polares macios, como por exemplo, acetado etileno de vinila (EVA), são mudadas de uma maneira direcionalmente seletiva que melhora a resistência à abrasão enquanto preserva a conformabilidade através do uso de compatibilizadores ou agentes de acoplamento nas misturas. Propriedades de força em direção de máquina, incluindo a rigidez e módulo de tração, aumentam com pouca ou nenhuma degradação do alongamento em direção transversal, e com degradação limitada do módulo de tração em direção transversal, ambas requeridas para uma boa conformabilidade da etiqueta.
