Abstract

Patente de Invenção "CONJUGADOS, USO DE POLIAMINOáCIDOS BáSICOS GALACTOLISADOS COMO VEìCULOS HEPATOTRóPICOS PARA DROGAS NA FORMA DE CONJUGADOS, COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA, E, PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DOS CONJUGADOS". Realizando a conjugação de drogas antivirais tais como ara-AMP, aciclovir e similares com um veículo selecionados dente poliaminoácidos básicos e, particularmente, com poli-L-lisina ou poli-L-ornitina onde a maior parte dos grupos amino, que não estão substituídos por drogas abtivirais, estão substituídos por molédulas de galactose, é possível a administração intramuscular da droga sem a formação de anti-corpos, sem toxicidade aguda e com um alvo hepático.
