Abstract
"FÈRMAS PARA LAJE NERVURADA UNIDIRECIONAL COM CONCRETAGEM 'IN LOCO'". O presente modelo de utilidade tem a finalidade de servir de fórmas reutilizáveis e ajustáveis a qualquer comprimento de nervuras e mesas de concreto das lajes nervuradas e unidirecionais empregadas nas estruturas de concreto armado das edificações de construção civil, com a vantagem de trazer substancial economia no consumo de concreto, aço e mão-de-obra comparado às lajes maciças, lajes premoldadas unidirecionais e também, até certos limites de vãos, em relação às lajes nervuradas bidirecionais que utilizam os moldes usualmente conhecidos por "cabaça". Estas formas são formadas por um conjunto de fórmas "macho" de nervuras (1), fórmas "fêmea" de nervuras (2) e estabilizadas antitombamento através de suportes laterais de fórmas de nervura (26) ou ainda por meias-fórmas "macho" de nervuras (24) e meias-fórmas "fêmea" de nervuras (25) que se sobrepõem e deslizam-se longitudinalmente umas em relação às outras, além de servirem de sustentação através de suas bordas (10) para as fórmas de mesa (3), (6), (27) ou (28) e ainda receberem em suas extremidades, para o fechamento dos vazios que se formam entre as fórmas de nervuras (1), (2), (24) ou (25) e abaixo das fórmas de mesas (3), (6), (27) ou (28), placas de cabeça metálicas (11) ou as placas de cabeça metálicas reguláveis (23), ou ainda de polipropileno ou plástico (13), que abraçam por meio de abas (12), as fórmas de nervuras (1) ou (2), e também as fórmas de mesas (3) ou (6)."UNIDIRECTION NERVED SLAB FORMS WITH 'IN LOCO' CONCRETATION".
