Abstract

Trata-se a presente patente de modelo de utilidade, de uma nova disposição construtiva introduzida em container multiuso, pertencente a área técnica da construção civil com utilização variada como lojas diversas, mais particularmente, trata-se de um container para armazenamento de materiais de construção, para loja de chaveiro, comércio em geral, escritório, para guardar motos, bicicletas e até como uso residencial para armazenagem de ferramentas em geral. O container multiuso compreende paredes (1) encaixáveis, sendo a parede frontal (11) ou lateral (12) dotada de porta (13) e janelas (14), e internamente é dotada de piso (2) montado sobre uma estrutura (3) elevada e recebem um telhado (4), onde as paredes (11) e (12) são dotadas nas bordas superiores de alças de içamento (15) e nas bordas laterais de sistema de encaixe macho (10) e fêmea (10’), sendo o encaixe macho (10) dotado de furo passante central (101’) para receber a trava (7); ditas paredes (11) e (12) recebem ainda nas bordas inferiores os pés (5), com regulagem de altura (51) e dotados na extremidade superior de encaixe (52) em “U” e na face frontal são previstas alças de reboque (8); nas bordas superiores das paredes maiores (11), são previstas cantoneiras (6) para apoio e fixação do telhado (4).

CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT INTRODUCED IN MULTIPURPOSE CONTAINER

[001] Trata-se a presente patente de modelo de utilidade, de uma nova disposição construtiva introduzida em container multiuso, pertencente a área técnica da construção civil com utilização variada como lojas diversas, mais particularmente, trata-se de um container para armazenamento de materiais de construção (cimento / betoneira / ferramentas em geral), para loja de chaveiro, comércio em geral, escritório, para guardar motos, bicicletas e até como uso residencial para armazenagem de cortador de grama e ferramentas em geral, através do qual são obtidos resultados práticos, seguros e funcionais muito vantajosos.[001] This is a utility model patent, a new constructive arrangement introduced in a multipurpose container, belonging to the technical area of civil construction with varied use as various stores, more particularly, it is a container for storing construction materials (cement / concrete mixer / tools in general), for locksmith shop, commerce in general, office, to store motorcycles, bicycles and even as residential use for storing lawn mowers and tools in general, through which they are obtained very advantageous practical, safe and functional results.

[002] Existem no mercado vários modelos de containers transformados para atenderem outras utilidades além da de transportar mercadorias, os quais quando expostos muito tempo à intempéries, acabam causando deformações no teto e até rompimento do mesmo devido ao acúmulo de água.[002] There are several models of containers on the market that have been transformed to serve other purposes in addition to transporting goods, which when exposed to the weather for a long time, end up causing deformations in the ceiling and even rupture of it due to the accumulation of water.

[007] De acordo com as figuras apresentadas, a nova disposição construtiva introduzida em container multiuso compreende paredes (1) encaixáveis, sendo a parede frontal (11) ou lateral (12) dotada de porta (13) e janelas (14), e internamente é dotada de piso (2) montado sobre uma estrutura (3) elevada e recebem um telhado (4), onde as paredes (11) e (12) são dotadas nas bordas superiores de alças de içamento (15) e nas bordas laterais de sistema de encaixe macho (10) e fêmea (10’), sendo o encaixe macho (10) dotado de furo passante central (101’) para receber a trava (7) formada por um pino (71) com roscas (72) que transpassa o furo passante central (101’) e trava o sistema de montagem através das arruelas (73) e das porcas (74) respectivamente. - Permite o acoplamento de dois ou mais containers;
- Permite a regulagem dos pés em lugares com irregularidade;
- Possui sistema interno de travamento do teto através de parafuso;
- Possui sistema de travamento interno tornando-se montado e pode ser içado com “muck”;
- Possui sistema de travamento interno tornando-se montado e contém dois ganchos para ser transportado em carretinha; e
- Por ser desmontável, pode ser armazenado em lugares pequenos quando retornam da obra.
