Description

“GRAIN GRINDING DEVICE FOR HILLS” [001] The present utility model deals with an accessory device for grinding grains with application in the area of cutting devices specially adapted for grass or grass cutting machines or similar aiming to provide an additional function to a silage plant.

[002] Currently, there are several ensiling machines such as MU9000834-0, which has a specific constructive arrangement; and CN203840815, which refers to a certain type, called "sprayer", to be mounted on the front or rear of a tractor and capable of cutting and spraying the grains at an adjustable speed.

[003] Similarly, MU9000834-0 deals with a constructive arrangement applied to a forage machine and also capable of being coupled to a tractor. In this case, the device would be formed by a set of crushing hammers mounted in a cylindrical arrangement where the material to be reduced would be made available through an entrance chute. The already chopped product would be thrown out by the rotation movement of the cylinder containing the hammers and passing through a chute.

[004] MU7300103-1 presents an alternative capable of working in the field itself, but not suitable for grinding and grinding grains.

[008] In other words, the existing silage machines and forages are equipment with a unique and exclusive focus, however, with the coupling of an accessory, they could, optionally, grind grains with varying granulometry.

[009] In order to remedy this technical limitation, the present utility model was developed, which can be incorporated into the silage machine in order to promote the additional function of grain crusher.

[024] The upper grain box (5) is articulated in order to allow access to the grains deposited inside the lower grain box (4), even being useful in case of cleaning, maintenance or unblocking. Within this lower box (4) of grains are also the crushing hammers (12) which are moved by means of an external motor (14) through an axis (13) and drive pulley (11).

[025] A cartridge (2) containing a curved sieve (3), attached by screws (8), is incorporated below and inside the lower grain box (4) and fixed by fixing pins (9) and handles ( 10) three-pointed females. Sieves (3) can have holes of different diameters.

[026] Finally, a material spout (1) is attached to the bottom of the lower grain box (4) and allows the crushed material to be collected.

A grater crusher for grinder comprising a lower casing 4 of grains, bolts 8, pins 9, handles 10, pulley 11, crusher hammers 12 and shaft 13, (1), cartridge (2), curved sieves (3), upper casing (5) of grain, limiter of the grain passage (6) and the hopper or funnel (7).
