Abstract
sistema, guia cirúrgico específico para paciente, e, produto. sistemas e métodos para gerar guias cirúrgicos específicos para paciente que compreendem: capturar uma primeira e segunda imagens de um elemento ortopédico em diferentes quadros de referência usando uma técnica de imageamento radiográfico, detectar dados espaciais que definem pontos de referência anatômicos sobre ou dentro do elemento ortopédico usando uma rede neural, aplicar uma máscara ao elemento ortopédico definido por um ponto de referência anatômico, projetar os dados espaciais a partir da primeira imagem e da segunda imagem para definir dados de volume, aplicar a rede neural aos dados de volume para gerar o modelo tridimensional ("3d") reconstruído do elemento ortopédico; e calcular as dimensões para um guia cirúrgico específico para paciente configurado para estar em contiguidade com o elemento ortopédico.
