complexo, conjunto, kit, método para substituição invitro de uma região alvo, e, método in vitro ou ex vivo para editar o genoma de uma célula. a invenção se refere a um complexo molecular que contém: - uma primeira molécula de ácido nucleico de fita simples que compreende pelo menos dois meios sítios de ligação de uma transposase, e - uma segunda molécula de ácido nucleico de fita simples que compreende pelo menos um meio sítio de ligação de uma transposase. o complexo é de modo que o primeiro e o segundo ácidos nucleicos de fita simples são emparelhados de acordo com a complementaridade de base definida por watson e crick de modo a definir dois sítios de ligação de fita dupla da dita transposase. a invenção se refere ainda ao uso do dito complexo, em particular para edição de dna.
