Abstract
usina de aço com forno a arco elétrico. a presente invenção está relacionada a uma usina siderúrgica (1) compreendendo pelo menos um forno a arco elétrico (10) e um sistema de coleta e tratamento de fumo (100) compreendendo: - uma primeira linha de sucção primária (110) conectada fluidamente ao forno a arco elétrico (10) para sugar os fumos gerados no referido forno a arco elétrico (10); - uma linha de sucção secundária (120) adequada para ventilar o ambiente ao redor do forno a arco elétrico (10) por intermédio de pelo menos uma coifa de sucção (121); e - pelo menos um aparelho de filtração (130) adequado para filtrar as emissões coletadas pelo referido sistema de coleta e tratamento de fumo (100) antes de serem descarregados na atmosfera. o forno a arco elétrico (10) é energizado por um sistema de carregamento contínuo (11). um aparelho de resfriamento de fumo (111), um dispositivo de coleta de poeira (112) e um aparelho de redução catalítica seletiva denox (113) são dispostos em sequência ao longo da referida primeira linha de sucção primária (110), começando a partir do forno a arco elétrico (10). a linha de sucção secundária (120) flui para a primeira linha de sucção primária (110) a jusante do aparelho de redução catalítica seletiva denox (113) e a montante do referido pelo menos um aparelho de filtração (130).
