Abstract

método para fabricação de uma película de barreira, e uma película de barreira. a presente invenção se refere a um processo para fabricação de uma película de barreira, em que o método compreende: - provisão de uma suspensão aquosa compreendendo pelo menos 70% em peso de polpa de celulose altamente refinada possuindo um valor de sr de 70 - 95, e possuindo um conteúdo de fibras possuindo um comprimento > 0,2 mm de pelo menos 10 milhões de fibras por grama com base sobre peso seco; - formação de uma rede úmida; - desidratação e/ou secagem para formar um substrato; - calandragem de referido substrato em pelo menos um bico de calandra macio; - provisão de referido substrato com pelo menos uma primeira camada de uma barreira química para formar um substrato revestido, em que cada primeira camada possui um peso de revestimento de 0,5 gsm 5 gsm, e em que um peso de revestimento total sobre as primeiras camadas é 8 gsm; e - secagem para formar referida película de barreira possuindo uma espessura de < 50 µm. a presente invenção se refere também a uma película de barreira, a um laminado de película de barreira com uma camada de polímero e a um material de embalagem compreendendo a película de barreira.
