Abstract
FILME DE MÚLTIPLAS CAMADAS QUE COMPREENDE A MFC. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para a fabricação de um filme de múltiplas camadas que compreende celulose microfibrilada (MFC), em uma máquina de fabricação de papel, o método compreendendo as etapas de: a) formar uma camada de manta inferior aplicando uma primeira suspensão de pasta que compreende pelo menos 50% em peso seco de material fibroso à base de celulose tendo um valor SR (Schopper-Riegler) na faixa de 18-75, sobre uma tela formadora da manta inferior; b) formar ou aplicar uma camada de manta intermediária, formada a partir de uma segunda suspensão de pasta que compreende pelo menos 50% em peso seco de MFC tendo um valor SR na faixa de 80-100, sobre a camada de manta inferior; c) aplicar uma camada de manta superior, formada a partir de uma terceira suspensão de pasta que compreende pelo menos 50% em peso seco de material fibroso à base de celulose tendo um valor SR (Schopper-Riegler) na faixa de 18-75, sobre a camada de manta intermediária, para formar uma manta de múltiplas camadas; e d) desaguar, e opcionalmente secar, a manta de múltiplas camadas formada para obter um filme de múltiplas camadas que compreende a MFC.
