Abstract

métodos para purificar um polipeptídeo terapêutico e para produzir um polipeptídeo terapêutico e usos de uma solução ácida e de uma solução alcalina. o presente pedido se refere a um método para a purificação ou produção de um polipeptídeo terapêutico usando o mesmo filtro de profundidade várias vezes, isto é, um filtro de profundidade que foi usado antes e foi regenerado. é relatado no presente documento um método para purificar ou produzir um polipeptídeo terapêutico, caracterizado pelo método compreender as seguintes etapas: (a) filtrar uma composição aquosa contendo o referido polipeptídeo terapêutico e impurezas através de um filtro de profundidade, recuperando o fluxo e, assim, obtendo o referido polipeptídeo terapêutico purificado, (b) colocar o referido filtro de profundidade em contato com uma solução de regeneração e, assim, regenerar o filtro de profundidade, e (c) repetir as etapas a) e b) uma ou mais vezes.
